We offer a Maintenance service for Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems and Emergency Lighting.

Our Preventative Maintenance service provides you with routine maintenance inspection visits at agreed intervals where our service team will fully check and test your system and report on any issues that may require attention.  Some repairs can be carried out during the maintenance inspection visit and our service team are equipped with most spare parts.

Generally our minimum Preventative Maintenance schedules are as follows:

Intruder Alarm Every 12 months
Fire Alarm Every 3, 6 or 12 Months
CCTV Systems Every 3, 6 or 12 Months
Access Control Every 12 months
Emergency Lighting Every 12 months

Alternatively, we can customise our service to meet your specific requirements.

Customers with a Maintenance contract can also avail of our Call Out service at reduced rates and with a priority response, where we will respond to faults, repairs or technical assistance during business hours.

Customers with a Maintenance contract can also avail of our 24/7 Emergency Call Out service.  This service is not available without a Maintenance contract.

Insurance & Legal Requirements

Should an incident occur at your property, your insurers will seek confirmation that your alarm is covered by a Maintenance contract.

We provide monitoring of Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms and CCTV Systems.  This service is provided in conjunction with our Monitoring partners who operate state of the art, dedicated Monitoring centres.  Alarm Monitoring consists of a signal being sent to the Monitoring centre in the event of an alarm activation at your premises.  The Monitoring centre will then contact the nominated keyholders and also the Gardai or Fire Brigade if necessary.

We provide Alarm monitoring using both Landline and GSM technologies or a combination of both if required.

Our CCTV Monitoring service will allow your CCTV system to be viewed by the Monitoring centre in the event of an alarm activation.  The monitoring centre staff can then visually verify that an intruder is present and notify the keyholders and/or the Gardai while continuing to monitor the live footage.  An Audio system can be installed which will allow the monitoring centre staff to warn the intruder that they are being viewed and that the Gardai have been called.  In many cases the audio warning is enough to deter criminal activity and prevent damage or theft.
