Insurance & Legal Requirements
Should an incident occur at your property, your insurers will seek confirmation that your alarm is covered by a Maintenance contract.
We provide monitoring of Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms and CCTV Systems. This service is provided in conjunction with our Monitoring partners who operate state of the art, dedicated Monitoring centres. Alarm Monitoring consists of a signal being sent to the Monitoring centre in the event of an alarm activation at your premises. The Monitoring centre will then contact the nominated keyholders and also the Gardai or Fire Brigade if necessary.
We provide Alarm monitoring using both Landline and GSM technologies or a combination of both if required.
Our CCTV Monitoring service will allow your CCTV system to be viewed by the Monitoring centre in the event of an alarm activation. The monitoring centre staff can then visually verify that an intruder is present and notify the keyholders and/or the Gardai while continuing to monitor the live footage. An Audio system can be installed which will allow the monitoring centre staff to warn the intruder that they are being viewed and that the Gardai have been called. In many cases the audio warning is enough to deter criminal activity and prevent damage or theft.
